The first public welfare activity of "Chushanxing · Sino-Foreign Cultural Exchange into Communities" was held in Xian'an District.

This event was hosted by the two UNESCO CLC pilot sites, and undertaken by multiple parties led by Xianning Vocational Technical College. The international students of the college carried out exchanges around 5 major themes of intangible cultural heritage co-creation, supported by 4 employment and education projects of the Ministry of Education.
