Xianning launches the general survey and registration of the overseas talents and the conditions of overseas Chinese

In recent days, the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee and the Xianning Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese jointly kicked off the general survey and registration work of the overseas talents and the conditions of the overseas Chinese in Xianning city, in order to establish the overseas talents information and the returned overseas Chinese database, and provide overseas intellectual support for Xianning city to speed up the implementation of “the innovation-driven and the green rising” strategy.

This general survey will last from September this year to February next year, and it targets at those urban and rural citizens who registered their residence in Xianning city and have overseas relatives, and the objects include the overseas Chinese and talents, Hongkong and Macau fellowmen, students abroad; relatives of the returned overseas Chinese, and relatives of students abroad, plus, the enterprises in Xianning invested by Chinese and overseas Chinese, returned overseas Chinese and their relatives, Hongkong and Macau fellowmen.

The content of this general survey is as follows: name, gender, age, country (region) of residence, academic qualification, identity, contact number and other basic information about Chinese, overseas Chinese, Hongkong and Macau fellowmen, and students abroad, among which the home and work address, professional advantages and social achievement are the key information to collect; name, gender, age, academic qualification, work address, post and professional title, contact information and etc of the returned overseas Chinese and their relatives; the name, industry, scale, location, corporate representative, contact number, establishment time and the sources of the investment of the enterprises in Xianning invested by Chinese, overseas Chinese, returned overseas Chinese and their relatives, Hongkong and Macau fellowmen.
