Recently，　the　Department　of　Science　and　Technology　of　Hubei　Province　has　issued　a　notice　on　the　proposed　filing　list　of　the　Hubei　Enterprise－School　Joint　Innovation　Center　in　2024，　which　publicized　3　enterprise－school　joint　innovation　centers　of　Xianning　as　the　Hubei　Enterprise－School　Joint　Innovation　Center．　The　number　of　provincial　new　research　and　development　institutions　in　the　city　has　increased　to　16．

The　three　enterprise－school　joint　innovation　centers　are　Hubei　High　Performance　EPS　Intelligent　Automobile　Steering　Gear　Enterprise－School　Joint　Innovation　Center　（in　Hubei　Tri－Ring　Auto　Steering　Gear　Co．，Ltd．），　Hubei　Functional　Hemp　Textile　Research　and　Development　Enterprise　Joint　Innovation　Center　（in　Hubei　Wuhan　Hemp　Biotechnology　Co．，Ltd．），　and　Hubei　Pure　Grain　Solid　State　Fermentation　Microbial　Enterprise－School　Joint　innovation　Center　（in　Yellow　Crane　Tower　Distillery　（Xianning）　Co．，Ltd．）．

Hubei　Enterprise－School　Joint　Innovation　Center　is　a　scientific　and　technological　innovation　platform　formed　by　enterprises　as　the　main　body　and　integrated　universities　and　scientific　research　institutions．　It　can　effectively　solve　the　talent　and　technical　bottleneck　problems　of　the　construction　of　R＆D　platform　for　industrial　enterprises　above　designated　size，　stimulate　the　innovation　vitality　of　enterprises，　and　enhance　the　R＆D　capability　and　level　of　industrial　enterprises　above　designated　size　in　the　city．

In　recent　years，　the　city　has　actively　integrated　into　the　development　strategy　of　Optical　Valley　Science　and　Technology　Innovation　Corridor，　built　a　strategic　emerging　industry　cluster　district　in　central　China，　and　vigorously　promoted　the　construction　of　national　industrial　clusters．　It　has　cooperated　with　Huazhong　University　of　Science　and　Technology，　Wuhan　University　of　Technology，　Hubei　University　of　Technology，　Wuhan　University　of　Science　and　Technology　and　other　universities　and　research　institutes　to　build　the　enterprise－school　joint　innovation　centers，　so　as　to　make　up　for　weaknesses　in　scientific　research　and　promote　the　application　of　scientific　and　technological　achievements．　（Xianning　Daily／Du　Peiqing）
