  Ingredients: Major ingredients: 600g of Maishi dried tofu

  Auxiliary ingredients: 2 eggs, 8g of red peppers and green peppers, 8g of soy bean sprouts, 30g of lean meat, 10g of starchy flour, 6g of gingers and other seasoning.

  Taste description:1. Maishi Dried Tofu with Osmanthus: crisp and tender

  2. Assorted Maishi Dried Tofu: crisp, savoury and tasty

  Cooking methods:I,Maishi Dried Tofu with Osmanthus:

  1. soak in the water for a while, then soak in the stock, add solt and MNG, simmer dry with a medium heat,

  2. cut the dried tofu into osmanthus shape, pour egg yolk and cover starchy flour.

  3. put the dried tofu in the boiled oil, quick-dry unil it gets yellow, then transfer to a plate, sprinkle some prepared red pepper shreds.

  2. fry boiled soy bean sprouts and meat shreds, fry boiled dried tofu and red pepper strips and green pepper strips.

  3. stir fry with seasoning and transfer to a plate.
