  Ingredients: Szechuan Lovage Rhizome, free-range chicken eggs, white sugar

  Taste description: Szechuan Lovage Rhizome is a kind of Chinese herbal medicine and the eggs used are laid by free-range chickens. Thereupon, a combination of the two ingredients can help treat headache. Besides, this dish smells good and the eggs, especially, have a unique sweet smell.

  Cooking methods: Stir Szechuan Lovage Rhizome evenly in sugar water in a bowl, and then put eggs in the bowl. After that, steam it over a slow fire. The cooked eggs look like agates as regard to its color and moist.
