Currently Hubei Grain Industry Association issued the shortlist of "Jingchu Good Grain and Oil" products in 2021 and the annual review approved list of "Jingchu Good grain and Oil" products in 2020, including two products from Xianning.

Chibixiang organic fragrant rice by Hubei Changjian Ecological Agriculture Technology Co.,Ltd is selected into the shortlist and Bencao Tianxiang camellia seed oil by Hubei Huangpaoshan Green Products Co.,Ltd into the annual review approved list.

Chibixiang organic fragrant rice is organic healthy rice integrating safety, fragrance and taste. Its raw materials are from the organic planting base covering an area of 10,000 mu, which adopts traditional and ancient planting methods with organic fertilizer and biological pesticide. It’s soft and chewy, very flexible after cooked. It’snamed as national famous, special, excellent, new agricultural product by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, and awarded gold medal in Wuhan Agricultural Expo.

Bencao Tianxiang has been recognized as a well-known trademark in China. The raw materials of camellia seed oil series products come from the century-old camellia oil forest in remoteHuangpao Mountain, rich in bioactive substances and antioxidant substances such as camellia glycosides, camellia saponins, tea polyphenols, squalene, vitamin E, vitamin A and zinc, with unsaturated fat up to 90% or more, low calorie,and cholesterol free, similar to breast milk, so its nutrition is easier to absorb.

After the enterprise application, recommendation in cities, centralized inspection, sample testing, data review, expert review, research on the executive meeting of president's office and other related work procedures, a total 22 products are selected into "Jingchu Good Grain and Oil" products in 2021. And all 86 "Jingchu Good grain and Oil" products in 2020passed the annual review smoothly. So far, "Jingchu Good grain and Oil" products reached 108. (By Zhou Yang/Xianning Daily)
