Yang　Jun，　deputy　secretary　of　Xianning　municipal　Party　committee　and　mayor，　on　April　15－16　led　heads　of　Xianning　High－tech　Zone，　Xianning　Municipal　Investment　Promotion　Bureau，　and　Xianning　High－tech　Investment　Group　to　attract　investment　in　Beijing．

Yang　called　on　Wu　Gansha，　president　of　UISEE　（Beijing）　Co．，Ltd．，　and　visited　and　experienced　the　company＇s　core　products．　As　a　technology－based　enterprise　of　autonomous　driving　founded　in　2016，　UISEE　is　committed　to　providing　AI　driving　service　for　all　industries　and　all　scenarios．　UISEE　has　its　headquarters　and　R＆D　base　in　Beijing，　R＆D　center　in　Shanghai，　testing　and　innovation　center　in　Zhejiang．　It　possesses　the　world＇s　top　9　scientist　advisors，　about　700　domestic　and　international　patents　and　fully　independent　intellectual　property　rights．　The　R＆D　team　accounts　for　80％．　It＇s　a　national　high－tech　enterprise，　a　national　＂little　giant＂　firm，　and　a　leading　autonomous　driving　company　in　the　world．　The　company　took　part　in　the　several　national　key　science　and　technology　projects，　and　ranked　among　the　Hurun　global　unicorn　enterprises　for　three　consecutive　years．　In　2021，　it　gained　the　strategic　capital　injection　of　over　1　billion　yuan　from　the　China　Development　Bank　and　other　finance　from　industrial　investors．

At　the　symposium，　Yang　introduced　Xianning＇s　economic　and　social　development　to　UISEE＇s　senior　leaders，　and　vigorously　recommended　the　city＇s　advantages　for　development，　industrial　base，　business　environment　and　investment　policy．　He　invited　sincerely　UISEE　to　invest　and　develop　in　Xianning，　and　accelerate　the　transformation　and　application　of　new　technologies　and　new　achievements，　so　as　to　deeply　and　really　promote　the　cooperation　projects．　Xianning　municipal　Party　committee　and　municipal　government　will，　as　always，　do　a　good　job　in　the　service　of　the　whole　process　and　the　guarantee　for　all　elements，　and　open　more　application　scenarios　and　create　favorable　conditions　for　the　enterprise　to　boost　the　cooperation　projects　to　take　root　in　Xianning　and　yield　positive　results．
