Yang　Jun，　deputy　secretary　of　Xianning　Municipal　Committee　of　the　Communist　Party　of　China　and　mayor，　on　Sunday　discussed　with　Tu　Shanfeng，　deputy　secretary　and　general　manager　of　Hubei　Energy　Group　Co．，Ltd．，　to　promote　the　construction　of　natural　gas　long－distance　pipeline　in　the　three　counties　in　south　Xianning．

During　the　discussion，　Yang　Jun　briefly　introduced　the　economic　and　social　development　of　Xianning．　He　said　that　promoting　the　construction　of　natural　gas　long－distance　pipeline　is　a　concrete　practice　to　implement　a　development　concept　that　puts　people　first，　and　also　a　solemn　promise　of　the　municipal　government　in　the　first　session　of　the　sixth　Xianning　Municipal　People＇s　Congress．　It　is　of　great　significance　for　Xianning　to　build　the　natural　ecological　park　city　in　Wuhan　metropolitan　area，　promote　balanced　regional　development，　continuously　guarantee　and　improve　people＇s　livelihood，　and　meet　the　energy　needs　of　enterprises　and　the　masses．　It　is　hoped　that　Hubei　Energy　Group　will　continue　to　care　for　and　support　the　economic　and　social　development　of　Xianning，　continue　to　deepen　strategic　cooperation　between　the　two　sides，　maintain　close　communication，　and　make　every　effort　to　promote　the　early　completion　and　early　effect　of　the　project．　Xianning　municipal　Party　committee　and　municipal　government　will，　as　always，　do　a　good　job　in　guaranteeing　all　elements　and　provide　the　best　quality　services　for　the　project　construction，　so　as　to　push　for　deeper，　more　concrete　cooperation　and　win－win　development．

Tu　Shanfeng　briefed　the　strategic　planning，　industrial　layout　and　development　status　of　Hubei　Energy　Group．　He　said　that　as　a　natural　gas　regulation　and　control　platform　for　the　province，　Hubei　Energy　Group　has　a　good　foundation　for　cooperation　with　Xianning．　The　group　will　actively　implement　the　concept　of　ecological　priority　and　green　development，　effectively　shoulder　the　responsibility　and　mission　of　serving　local　economic　and　social　development，　and　make　every　effort　to　solve　the　problems　and　obstacles　encountered　in　the　process　of　project　construction，　so　as　to　accelerate　the　construction　of　relevant　projects　and　increase　efficiency，　really　do　good　deeds　and　deliver　real　results，　and　contribute　to　the　high－quality　development　of　Xianning．
