Make your whole year's plans in spring, when is the right time for spring ploughing and seedlings raising. Villagers were growing early season rice seedlings in Yangbao Village, Shuangxiqiao Town, Xian’an District on March 17th. 
   Over the past few days, various regions in Xian'an District have actively organized farmers to carry out spring ploughing while focusing on epidemic prevention and control. The planting area of early season rice and double-cropping rice has reached 55,000 mu this year in Xian’an District. Seedlings growing and field management now are being carried out in the whole region in an all-round and orderly manner.  [Photo by Yuancan/Xianning Daily]
