Recently, workers were packing and transporting the wild lotus roots that had been washed in the workshop of Jiaye Ecological Agriculture Co., Ltd. in Xinjie Town, Jiayu County.

The company has a wild lotus root planting base covering more than 3,000 mu of lake land. This year, the expected output is over 500,000 kilograms, and the products are mainly sold to major supermarkets, catering chain enterprises and e-commerce platforms across the country.
