Local farmers were busy harvesting honeysuckle at the Traditional Chinese Medicinal Herbs Base in Guangjitang Village, Gaotieling Town, Jiayu County.

As of now, the village has consolidated over 1,600 mu of land for the cultivation of various medicinal herbs, including honeysuckle, prunella vulgaris, and angelica dahurica. Since the establishment of the base, it has attracted more than 4,000 instances of local farmers from surrounding areas coming to work there, generating a labor income of over 600,000 yuan.
