The　Xianning　National　Regional　Medical　Center　project　was　under　accelerated　construction　in　Zishan　Lake　Big　Health　Industry　Demonstration　Zone　on　June　17．　The　main　structure　has　been　completed　at　present，　and　interior　decoration　and　exterior　wall　decoration　are　underway．　It　is　planned　to　be　put　into　operation　next　year．　This　project　is　one　of　the　fifth　batch　of　national　regional　medical　center　construction　projects　in　China　and　the　first　batch　in　Hubei　Province，　with　a　total　investment　of　1.25　billion　yuan　and　the　1，000　beds．　Focusing　on　six　major　specialties　including　cardiology，　vascular　surgery，　cardiothoracic　surgery，　neurology，　neurosurgery　and　critical　care，　a　medical　center　will　be　built　in　the　core　of　the　central　China．　（Xianning　Daily／Zhang　Yangqiang）
