Chang'e Square in Xian'an District was ablaze with lights on the evening of July 4th. The "Cultivating New Civilized Trends, Fostering Warm Neighborhood Ties" campaign to promote civilization in communities, alongside the "Community Cultural Festival", kicked off.  Residents from nearby areas drew closer to each other in the joyous atmosphere and felt the warmth of the big community family.
