Streams of water flowed through extended pipelines into the arid paddy fields, operated by Yonghong Agricultural Development Cooperative in Guangdongfan Village, Xiangyanghu Town, Xian'an District, August 19. 

Currently, as the rice is at the booting and flowering stage, the region is also experiencing high temperatures and drought. In response, the Agriculture and Rural Affairs Bureau of Xian'an District mobilized specialized teams to conduct a comprehensive grid-based inspection of all 128 pumping stations across the region, assess drought impacts, and distribute drought-relief supplies.
