Autumn Equinox marks the season of bumper harvest. Xianning main event of the 2025 Chinese Farmers' Harvest Festival, under the theme "Celebrating Agricultural Harvest · Sharing a Better Life," was grandly held on the morning of September 23 in Dupu Town, Jiayu County.

The event was hosted by Xianning Municipal People's Government, organized by Jiayu County People's Government and Xianning Municipal Agriculture and Rural Affairs Bureau, and co-organized by all six counties, cities and districts of Xianning. It aimed to comprehensively showcase Xianning's achievements in agricultural and rural development during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, promote the in-depth implementation of the rural revitalization strategy, and foster a strong social atmosphere of paying attention to agriculture, caring for rural areas, and showing concern for farmers.
