On　October　13th，　vast　stretches　of　ecological　wild　lotus　roots　spread　out　in　the　Hudi　Wild　Lotus　Root　Industrial　Base　of　Xinjie　Town，　Jiayu　County，　where　lotus　root　diggers　were　walking　through　the　lotus　pond　to　dig　wild　lotus　roots．

As　the　core　planting　base　of　Jiayu＇s　landmark　agricultural　products，　this　base　features　large－scale　ecological　wild　lotus　root　cultivation　fields，　along　with　supporting　facilities　such　as　rural　sightseeing　walkways，　viewing　platforms，　and　industrial　exhibition　areas，　forming　an　integrated　development　model　of　agriculture　and　tourism　that　combines　＂characteristic　planting　＋　rural　sightseeing，　industrial　science　popularization　and　agricultural　experience＂．　（Xianning　Daily／Chen　Hongju）
