From today to 24:00 of Oct 31st, Xianning citizens from all walks of life can give their solemn votes to the descriptive words of “Xianning spirit” they approve through the WeChat public account of Xiangcheng Metropolis Daily, and everyone has only one vote, repeated votes will be nullified.
