The representative inheritors of intangible cultural heritage projects are significant bearers and passers of intangible cultural heritage, and they are the symbolic figures who pass on the intangible cultural heritages dynamically and master oceans of knowledge and proficient skills and techniques about intangible cultural heritages.
With a commitment to the people-centered principle, Xianning City has insisted on motivating and giving supports to the representative inheritors of intangible cultural projects to launch activities regarding passing on and spreading relevant knowledge and skills, in order to put the intangible cultural heritage protection and inheritance work into actual action, and propel the creative transformation and innovative development of traditional culture.
