On Nov 28, the signing ceremony of the Country Garden Xianning Hot Spring Tourist City project was held at the Country Garden’s headquarters in Foshan, Guangdong Province. Mo Bin, Party Secretary and President of the Country Garden Group, Wang Yuanhe, the Vice Secretary and Mayor of Xianning, Wu Di, Hubei Regional President of the Country Garden Group, and Yang Liangfeng, member of the Standing Committee of Xianning Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Xianning High-tech Zone witnessed the signing ceremony.

Under the general background of speeding up the construction of ecological civilization, new urbanization and beautiful China, the Country Garden Group, in accordance with the strategic positioning of “building a green heart in central China and an international eco-city” by Xianning Municipal Party Committee and Xianning Municipal Government, has carried out many rounds of investigation and research on the investment market and environment of Xianning, adhering to the idea of park city construction to build the Country Garden Xianning Hot Spring Tourist City project in the Hot Spring Forest Health Resort which takes the Longtan River as the carrier and imbeds the culture of sweet osmanthus and moon. The project investment totals 5 billion yuan, including the construction of core commercial street and water street, Longtan River Park and municipal accessory facilities, high-quality residential community and so on. 

"Xianning is a city with beautiful ecological environment and fresh air, which is the preferred area for the construction of health care and tourism industry." Mo Bin praised it. After the completion of the project, it will link up with the surrounding tourist attractions such as the Qianshan National Forest Park, the five major hot spring tourist resorts, the Garden Expo Park, Xingxing Bamboo Forest and Taiyi Cave, etc., and will integrate the cultural characteristics of Xianning to make it become a tourism business card of radiating central China, facing Wuhan and serving the local area, as well as a health maintenance, tourism and leisure destination for tourists and citizens.
