From April 22 to 24， the Talent Office of Xianning Municipal Party Committee and Xianning Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau organized some key enterprises and public institutions in Xianning to go to three key universities， namely， Hunan University， Central South University and Hunan Normal University， carrying out special activities to promote the introduction of talents， and holding out an "olive branch" to fresh graduates.
Xianning has opened a "special train for attracting talents" for graduates from key universities across the country， deeply implemented the "Introduction Plan for College Students" and publicized the policy of attracting talents.
At the job fair in Central South University， 14 enterprises， including Nanbo Optoelectronic Glass Co.， Ltd.， Sanyingxing Science and Technology Group， Sansheng Construction Machinery Co.， Ltd.， provided more than 140 technical posts.
According to statistics， the activities attracted more than 340 people to consult and planned to hire nearly 20 people. They also attracted 14 postgraduates to apply for the“authorized strength” teacher posts in Xianning， and finally planned to employ 5 of them.(By Liu Shanshan/Xianning Daily)
