On Tuesday morning， Xianning held a commendation ceremony of model workers and a report meeting on the advanced deeds. The meeting read out the decision of Xianning Municipal Party Committee and Xianning Municipal People’s Government， and decided to commend 70 model workers and advanced workers.

The decision pointed out that in recent years， under the guidance of Xi Jinping's thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era and under the correct leadership of Xianning Municipal Party Committee and Xianning Municipal People’s Government， Xianning people  have devoted themselves to the great practice of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way and accelerating the high-quality development of Xianning. A large number of advanced model workers have emerged in various industries.To carry forward the spirit of model workers， labor and craftsmen，to create social atmosphere of advocating labor and creation， to encourage the people to strive for excellence and achievements，Xianning Municipal Party Committee and Xianning Municipal People’s Government decided to award 48 people， including Jiang Kun， the "Xianning model worker" prize and 22 people， including Zhu Haiyan， the "Xianning advanced workers" prize.

The decision stressed that the people who are honored should remain true to the original aspiration and keep their mission firmly in mind， make persistent efforts， continue to play an exemplary role， and make new achievements at a new starting point.
