At　the　signing　ceremony，　both　sides　had　candid　communication　and　exchanges　on　how　to　carry　out　all－round　and　deep　cooperation．　The　officials　of　Xianning　city　said　that　the　city　will　root　for　China　Railway　18th　Bureau　Group　to　join　into　the　high－quality　development　of　the　city　and　continuously　expand　areas　of　cooperation．　As　for　the　concrete　problems　in　the　cooperation，　the　government　will　claim　initiatively　and　strengthen　supervision　and　management．　The　municipal　government　will　serve　as　a　＂waiter＂　of　＂response　to　every　plea　and　get　result，　no　disturb　without　invitation＂．　A　work　service　team　will　be　established　to　timely　and　coordinately　solve　the　difficulty　in　the　project　construction，　sparing　no　effort　to　guarantee　the　signed　projects　can　be　settled，　completed，　and　produce　the　desired　result　as　early　as　possible．
