Currently，　the　Propaganda　Department　of　Hubei　Provincial　Party　Committee　publicized　the　list　of　Hubei　candidates　of　＂China　Good　Persons＂　（the　first　quarter　in　2023），　including　Fan　Xiaoxia　from　Xianning　city．

Fan　Xiaoxia　is　the　executive　deputy　director　of　the　technology　center　of　Hubei　Sanliu　Heavy　Industry　Co．，Ltd．　In　the　heavy　industry　enterprise　dominated　by　male　workers，　Fan　adheres　to　the　craftsmanship　spirit　and　has　been　tackling　challenges　in　the　scientific　research　innovation　for　19　years．　She　led　her　team　to　make　breakthroughs　in　the　core　technology　of　the　industry，　initiate　the　automatic　power　failure　control　technology　at　home，　successfully　develop　the　46°climbing　detector　car　which　filled　the　gaps　in　the　industry，　and　accumulatively　get　20　special　authorizations．　She　has　grown　into　a　senior　engineer　from　a　technician　step　by　step．　She　has　won　the　honorary　title　of　National　Model　Worker，　Hubei　Good　Person，　Jingchu　Model　one　after　another，　and　she　was　elected　the　Party　representative　of　the　20th　National　Congress　of　the　CPC．
