From　Aug　23　to　31，　Yang　Jun，　deputy　secretary　of　Xianning　municipal　Party　committee　and　mayor，　led　a　government　delegation　to　visit　and　conduct　economic　and　trade　negotiations　in　sister　cities　of　France，　Hungary　and　Germany，　publicize　and　promote　Xianning＇s　new　advantages　and　new　opportunities　for　development，　deepen　cooperation　with　relevant　institutions　and　business　associations，　and　accelerate　the　settlement　of　major　investment　projects．

In　France，　Yang　Jun　had　an　in－depth　exchange　with　the　mayor　of　Aubervilliers，　Karine　Franclet，　introducing　economic，　cultural　and　social　development　of　Xianning　and　discussing　on　strengthening　cooperation　in　the　fields　of　education，　environmental　protection，　health　and　elderly　care．　After　discussion，　Yang　visited　the　local　Chinese　wholesale　market．　He　communicated　with　Huang　Xiaojie，　chairman　of　French　Chinese　Chamber　of　Commerce　for　Importers　and　Exporters，　and　other　Chinese　businessmen　in　France，　sincerely　inviting　them　to　investigate　and　seek　a　commercial　opportunity　in　Xianning，　and　introduce　the　rich　products　of　Xianning　to　Europe，　so　as　to　deepen　economic　and　cultural　cooperation　between　two　sides．

In　Gadoni，　Hungary，　Yang　had　an　informal　discussion　with　mayor　Toth·Istvan　to　introduce　the　rich　hot　spring　resources　in　Xianning　and　discuss　the　cooperation　in　hot　spring　resource　protection　and　diversified　development．

In　veresegyház，　Hungary，　Yang　had　a　friendly　exchange　with　mayor　Cserhat·Ferenc，　jointly　attended　the　symposium　to　celebrate　the　10th　anniversary　of　the　sister　city，　signed　an　agreement　on　deepening　cooperation，　and　reached　consensus　on　carrying　out　exchanges　and　cooperation　in　various　forms　in　areas　such　as　continuing　education，　economy　and　trade，　and　youth　exchanges．　It　is　the　10th　anniversary　of　the　establishment　of　the　＂Hubei　Class＂　of　the　Hungarian－Chinese　bilingual　school，　so　Yang　and　the　delegation　visited　the　school　to　communicate　and　interact　with　the　teacher　and　student　representatives　to　enhance　friendship．

In　Germany，　Yang　discussed　with　Nola·Wagshausen，　director　of　Baden－Baden　Health　and　Tourism　Bureau　about　the　development　of　hot　spring　industry　to　promote　practical　cooperation　between　the　two　cities　in　the　hot　spring　industry，　health　care　projects　and　other　fields．　In　Carbonauten，　Germany，　Yang　had　an　in－depth　exchange　with　head　of　the　company　on　China　headquarters　base　project．　He　said　that　it＇s　hoped　that　both　sides　take　the　opportunity　of　Carbonauten＇s　China　manufacturing　and　headquarters　base　for　negative　carbon　materials　settled　in　Xianning　to　promote　the　practical　cooperation　between　the　two　sides　to　reach　a　new　height　and　make　new　breakthroughs，　so　as　to　achieve　mutual　benefit　and　win－win　results　by　drawing　on　each　other＇s　strengths　in　technology　and　resources．
