The　signing　ceremony　of　Central　China　Central　Kitchen　Distribution　Center　project　on　July　24　was　held　in　Xianning　Optical　Valley　South·Science　and　Technology　City．　The　project　is　expected　to　invest　300　million　yuan．

The　project　is　one　of　the　key　projects　of　Xianning　city　to　build　a　national　food　safety　demonstration　city，　mainly　relying　on　China　（Xianning）　Food　Safety　Technology　Exhibition　Hall．　The　project　is　expected　to　invest　300　million　yuan　and　will　be　built　in　two　phases：　the　first　phase　is　to　build　8，800　square　meters　of　central　kitchen　distribution　center，　and　reserve　100　mu　of　land　as　cold　chain，　logistics，　warehousing，　agricultural　and　forestry　specialty　distributing　center；　the　second　phase　will　build　a　national　youth　food　safety　science　popularization　demonstration　base，　including　a　fully　intelligent　experience　center，　various　theme　cabins，　light　cinemas，　etc．

The　central　kitchen　distribution　center　realizes　the　standardized，　large－scale，　intensified　and　informationalized　food　production　through　the　unified　procurement，　processing　and　distribution　of　food　raw　materials　and　the　automated　operation　of　equipment，　so　as　to　precisely　quantify　the　food　recipe，　taste，　temperature，　heat　control，　time，　size，　quantity　to　ensure　the　consistency　of　dish　quality．　Finally，　the　largest　standardized，　digitized，　industrialized，　scientific　and　efficient　modern　catering　operation　mode　will　be　built　in　central　China．

According　to　the　relevant　person　in　charge　of　Xianning　Administration　for　Market　Regulation，　the　central　kitchen　as　a　new　feeding　mode，　food　safety　is　the　bottom　line　of　supervision．　In　the　later　stage　of　the　project，　the　bureau　will　fully　promote　the　construction　and　operation　of　the　central　kitchen　with　the　highest　standards，　the　most　stringent　requirements　and　the　most　practical　measures，　building　Xianning　Central　Kitchen　into　a　bright　business　card　of　the　city＇s　food　industry．　（Xianning　Daily／Wu　Qingpeng）
