At　the　inaugurating　meeting　of　Xianning　Chamber　of　Commerce　in　Nanjing　and　the　promoting　meeting　to　attract　investment　and　talents　on　December　8，　the　talent　office　of　the　Xianning　Municipal　Party　Committee　signed　the　cooperation　agreement　with　Xianning　Chamber　of　Commerce　in　Nanjing，　marking　that　Xianning　Talent　Workstation　in　Nanjing　was　officially　established．

Nanjing　is　an　important　science　and　education　center　in　China，　with　abundant　university　resources，　experts　and　scientific　research　strength．　The　establishment　of　the　talent　workstation　will　give　full　play　to　the　advantages　of　Nanjing＇s　location，　talents，　funds　and　projects，　and　further　promote　the　exchanges　and　cooperation　between　Xianning　and　the　Yangtze　River　Delta　region　in　terms　of　talents，　technologies　and　projects，　striving　to　introduce　a　number　of　outstanding　talents　and　high－level　innovation　and　entrepreneurship　projects．

In　recent　years，　the　city　has　attached　great　importance　to　the　contact　service　work　of　talents　outside　the　city，　given　full　play　to　the　role　of　foreign　offices，　chambers　of　commerce　and　other　organizations　to　contact　experts　and　talents，　formulated　and　issued　the　＂Xianning　Talent　Workstation　Regulations　（Trial）＂　to　create　a　leading　position　for　attracting　talents　and　wisdom．　Together　with　the　newly　established　Nanjing　talent　workstation，　the　total　number　of　domestic　talent　workstations　has　reached　9．　So　the　tentacles　of　talent　work　are　further　extended，　and　the　radius　of　talent　attraction　is　further　expanded．　（Xianning　Daily／Wang　Simin）
