The　fourth　Session　of　the　sixth　Xianning　Municipal　People＇s　Congress　on　Tuesday　afternoon　held　a　preparatory　meeting　in　Xianning　Conference　Center，　which　was　chaired　by　Zhou　Feng，　secretary　of　the　Xianning　Municipal　Committee　of　the　CPC．

Zhu　Qinggang，　chairman　of　the　Standing　Committee　of　the　Xianning　Municipal　People＇s　Congress，　vice　chairmen：　Hu　Chunlei，　Liu　Guocheng，　Bian　Xianlong，　Lu　Enwang，　Mao　Xiujun，　and　secretary－general　Li　Xudong　attended　the　meeting　and　took　a　seat　on　the　rostrum．

There　should　be　344　representatives　at　the　meeting，　but　the　actual　number　reached　320，　meeting　the　quorum．　After　listening　to　Zhu　Qinggang＇s　note　on　the　draft　list　of　the　presidium　of　the　Congress　and　the　Secretary－General，　the　list　was　adopted　by　a　show　of　hands　on　the　meeting．

The　meeting　voted　to　pass　the　agenda：　the　first　is　to　hear　and　deliberate　the　work　report　of　Xianning　Municipal　People＇s　Government；　the　second　to　review　and　approve　the　report　on　the　implementation　of　the　National　Economic　and　Social　Development　Plan　of　Xianning　City　in　2024　and　the　National　Economic　and　Social　Development　Plan　（draft）　in　2025，　and　to　approve　the　National　Economic　and　Social　Development　Plan　in　2025；　the　third　to　review　and　approve　the　report　on　the　implementation　of　the　2024　budget　of　Xianning　City　and　the　budget　of　2025　（draft），　and　to　approve　the　municipal　budget　for　2025；　the　fourth　to　hear　and　deliberate　the　work　report　of　the　Standing　Committee　of　Xianning　Municipal　People＇s　Congress；　the　fifth　to　hear　and　deliberate　the　work　report　of　the　Xianning　Intermediate　People＇s　Court；　the　sixth　to　hear　and　deliberate　the　work　report　of　the　Xianning　People＇s　Procuratorate；　the　seventh　is　electoral　matters；　and　the　eighth　is　other　matters．　（Xianning　Daily／Jiang　Mingzhu）
