Recently，　Hubei　Federation　of　Trade　Unions　has　released　the　6th　key　work　innovation　cases　in　2024，　including　two　cases　of　Xianning．

＂Xianning　Federation　of　Trade　Unions＇　integrated　promotion　of　cultivating　and　guiding　social　organizations　and　serving　outdoor　workers＂　was　selected　as　the　＂new　employment　form　workers＂　innovation　cases．　Xianning　Federation　of　Trade　Unions　adheres　to　integrated　promotion　of　cultivating　express　industry　association　and　serving　deliverymen　to　realize　a　win－win　situation．

＂Tongcheng　Federation　of　Trade　Unions　integrate　resources　to　build　a　platform　to　help　the　comprehensive　development　of　staff　sports　activities＂　was　selected　as　＂ideological　and　political　guidance＂　innovation　cases．　With　national　fitness　as　the　purpose　of　the　activity，　Tongcheng　Federation　of　Trade　Unions　integrates　all　resources　to　build　a　rich　and　colorful　platform　for　cultural　and　sports　activities，　stimulating　the　enthusiasm　of　employees　to　participate　in　cultural　and　sports　activities．
