With　the　47th　National  Tree  Planting　Day　approaching，　the　Youth　League　Xianning　Municipal　Committee，　Xianning　Municipal　Forestry　Bureau，　Municipal　Foreign　Affairs　Office，　Xianning　Fire　Rescue，　State　Grid　Xianning　Power　Supply　Company，　the　Youth　League　Hubei　University　of　Science　and　Technology　Committee　jointly　carried　out　＂Youth　Green　Movement＂　voluntary　tree　planting　activity　on　March　8th．　20　groups　of　volunteer　families　and　more　than　100　volunteers　with　red　scarves　and　young　volunteers　used　spades　to　cultivate　soil　and　sow　new　green，　protecting　＂Ecological　Green＂　with　＂Volunteer　Red＂．

The　event　site　was　in　full　swing．　People　grabbed　the　spade　and　picked　up　the　hoe　in　groups　of　three　or　five，　carrying　saplings，　or　shoveling　the　soil，　or　filling　the　hole．．．volunteers　in　red　vests　became　a　beautiful　landscape．　Xianning　Municipal　Forestry　Bureau　provided　seedlings　and　sent　professionals　to　guide　planting　techniques　throughout　the　process，　so　as　to　ensure　every　sapling　can　grow　up　soundly．　After　several　hours　of　planting，　more　than　100　osmanthus　saplings　stood　in　the　wind，　and　a　vibrant　＂youth　volunteer　forest＂　jumped　in　front　of　everyone．

This　activity　is　not　only　a　vivid　practice　to　promote　the　spirit　of　Lei　Feng，　but　also　a　collective　declaration　of　Xianning　youth　to　help　create　a　happy　city．　In　the　future，　the　Youth　League　Xianning　Municipal　Committee　will　continue　to　deepen　a　series　of　activities　to　build　a　happy　Xianning，　letting　the　spirit　of　Lei　Feng　lead　Xianning　youth　to　draw　the　happy　background　of　civilized　city　with　the　＂pen　of　youth＂．　（Xianning　Daily／Pang　Yun）
