According　to　Xianning　Labor　and　Employment　Administration　on　March　11，　the　city　will　grant　the　start－up　subsidy　of　5，000　yuan　to　people　with　difficulties　in　finding　jobs　who　started　a　business　for　the　first　time　in　the　city，　college　graduates　and　those　return　home　to　start　a　business，　in　order　to　support　and　encourage　more　workers　to　start　their　own　businesses　in　the　city，　and　further　promote　entrepreneurship　and　create　jobs．

The　subsidy　targets　mainly　include　people　with　employment　difficulties，　college　graduates　and　people　returning　to　rural　areas．　People　with　employment　difficulties　will　be　granted　the　start－up　subsidy　of　5，000　yuan　if　they　establish　small　and　micro　enterprises　or　engage　in　individual　business　for　the　first　time，　and　run　for　6　months　or　more　and　created　2　or　more　jobs　（including　themselves）．　College　graduates　（within　5　years　of　graduation）　will　get　the　start－up　subsidy　of　5，000　yuan　if　they　start　a　small　and　micro　enterprise，　or　individual　business，　or　private　non－enterprise　unit，　or　farmer　cooperative　for　the　first　time，　and　run　for　6　months　or　more　and　created　2　or　more　jobs　（including　themselves）．　People　returning　to　rural　areas　will　be　granted　the　start－up　subsidy　of　5，000　yuan　if　they　apply　for　initial　registration　（within　5　years　of　registration）　in　the　city，　and　run　for　6　months　or　more　and　created　2　or　more　jobs　（including　themselves）．

The　application　time　for　the　first　half　of　this　year　is　before　May　31，　and　that　for　the　second　half　is　before　October　31．　（Xianning　Daily／Wu　Qingpeng）
