The　Department　of　Culture　and　Tourism　of　Hubei　Province　on　March　17　announced　the　5th　Hubei　Art　Festival　Mass　Art　＂Top　Ten　Fine　Works＂　and　other　lists．　The　literary　work　Xianning　Hand　Clap　Brother　was　selected　in　the　dance　category　＂Top　Ten　Fine　Works＂．

This　work　is　selected　by　Xianning　Municipal　Bureau　of　Culture　and　Tourism，　and　performed　by　Xianning　Mass　Art　Museum　and　Chibi　Mass　Culture　Development　Service　Center．　In　the　form　of　male　group　dance，　the　work　shows　a　group　of　working　men　who　came　to　Xianning，　the　city　of　hot　spring，　to　soak　in　hot　springs　and　feel　the　good　life　and　leisure　interest　of　modern　cities．　The　director　is　ingenious　to　use　rich　local　characteristics　of　Tongcheng　hand　clap　dance　as　dance　elements．　The　dancing　posture　is　vigorous　and　humorous，　and　the　characters　are　vivid，　which　vividly　shows　the　spirit　of　the　builders　of　the　new　era．
