A　modern　arts　complex　was　taking　shape　in　the　construction　site　of　Jiayu　Ancient　Style　Art　Academy　located　in　Guanqiao　town　of　the　county　on　March　25．　At　present，　it　has　entered　the　outdoor　decoration　stage　and　plans　to　open　to　the　public　before　the　end　of　this　year．

The　project　covers　an　area　of　242.3　mu　with　a　total　investment　of　905　million　yuan　and　a　total　construction　area　of　63，811.66　square　meters，　containing　three　main　bodies：　Ancient　Style　Palace　Art　Museum，　Ancient　Style　Academic　Exchange　Center　and　College　Student　Art　Creative　Center．

Taking　＂Song　style　in　modern　times＂　as　the　core　concept，　the　project　integrates　landscape　image　and　three－dimensional　garden　design　to　create　a　cultural　settlement　of　＂the　integration　of　south　garden　and　north　museum＂．　There　are　six　theme　exhibition　areas　in　the　art　museum，　such　as　ceramic　hall　and　craft　hall．　In　the　future，　Han，　Tang，　Song　and　other　dynasties＇　gold　and　pottery　relics　will　be　displayed，　and　museum　education　and　campus　activities　will　be　carried　out　there．　The　academic　exchange　center　focuses　on　arts　research　and　public　education，　providing　academic　support　and　cultural　promotion．　The　college　student　art　creative　center　will　help　students　start　businesses　and　build　local　cultural　brands　through　practical　teaching，　cultural　and　creative　development　and　public　cultural　services．

The　project　began　construction　in　September　2024，　and　after　completion，　it　will　promote　the　integration　of　culture　and　tourism　in　Jiayu　county　and　become　a　new　benchmark　of　culture　and　education　in　the　radiation　region．　（Xianning　Daily／Ye　Zi　and　Mao　Yaxuan）
