Recently，　Chongyang　County　and　Hangzhou　Qiandaohu　Qianku　Fishery　Co．，Ltd．　had　successfully　signed　a　large－scale　water　surface　ecological　governance　project　and　10，000－mu　green　organic　ecological　farm　project．

According　to　the　agreement，　Chongyang　has　integrated　the　regional　water　intake　rights，　surface　aquaculture　rights　and　tourism　rights　of　reservoirs　such　as　Qingshan　Reservoir，　Taishan　Reservoir，　Shibi　Reservoir，　Xiangshan　Reservoir　and　Yanglinqiao　Reservoir　into　shares　through　the　county－owned　state－owned　enterprise，　Agricultural　Tourism　Investment　and　Development　Group　Co．，Ltd．　It　established　a　cooperative　entity　with　Qiandaohu　Qianku　Fishery　Co．，Ltd．　（funded　in　cash）　to　explore　the　innovative　model　of　＂ecological　asset　through　capital　operation＂．

The　total　investment　of　this　project　is　500　million　yuan．　The　main　construction　contents　are：　promoting　large－scale　water　surface　ecological　governance　projects　to　improve　the　water　quality　of　the　reservoir　and　facilitate　the　restoration　of　the　ecosystem．　In　addition，　the　project　will　integrate　activities　such　as　ecological　breeding，　fishery　sales，　and　fishing　competitions，　and　build　a　water　surface　network　monitoring　system　and　project　management　rooms；　build　a　10，000－mu　organic　agricultural　product　production　base，　covering　deep　processing　of　bamboo　shoots　and　emergency　supply　bases　for　fruits　and　vegetables，　to　promote　the　development　of　the　supply　chain　for　other　agricultural　and　sideline　products；　carry　out　the　customization，　production　and　sales　projects　of　bottled　water；　plan　and　construct　facilities　for　leisure　water　sports，　outdoor　campsites，　cultural　tourism　and　sightseeing，　etc．

＂This　cooperation　marks　the　in－depth　development　of　Chongyang＇s　natural　resources　and　is　also　a　good　start　for　both　sides　to　seek　common　development，＂　said　the　relevant　person　in　charge　of　Chongyang　Agricultural　Tourism　Investment　and　Development　Group　Co．，Ltd．　The　county　has　a　well－developed　water　system，　51　large　and　small　river　ports　and　109　reservoirs　of　all　kinds，　with　a　total　storage　capacity　of　553　million　cubic　meters．　It　is　an　important　water　source　protection　area　and　ecological　barrier　area　in　the　middle　reaches　of　the　Yangtze　River．　This　cooperation　has　made　full　use　of　Chongyang＇s　abundant　water　resources　and　is　an　important　measure　for　the　county　to　achieve　the　development　and　utilization　of　large　water　surfaces，　which　has　paved　the　way　for　Chongyang　to　promote　industrial　ecologicalization　and　ecological　industrialization．
