The　press　conference　of　2025　＂The　Chibi　Ancient　Battlefield　of　The　Three　Kingdoms　Cup＂　Chinese　Professional　Go　League　was　held　in　Chibi　on　May　23rd．　It　was　announced　at　the　meeting　that　the　final　of　the　Chinese　Professional　Go　League　will　be　held　in　Chibi　in　December　this　year．

This　year，　16　teams　from　the　Chinese　Professional　Go　League，　including　those　from　Shanghai，　Chongqing，　Jiangsu，　Zhejiang，　Shenzhen，　Hangzhou　and　Chengdu，　are　participating　in　the　Go　League．　The　competition　adopts　a　round－robin　system，　with　15　rounds　and　a　total　of　480　games　played　throughout　the　year．　The　Go　League　will　officially　kick　off　in　Changxing，　Zhejiang　Province　on　May　26th，　and　home　and　away　matches　will　start　in　June．　The　last　two　rounds　and　the　awarding　ceremony　will　be　held　in　Chibi　at　the　end　of　this　year．

The　Chinese　Professional　Go　League　is　one　of　the　three　major　professional　sports　leagues　in　China．　It　was　founded　in　1999　and　is　hosted　by　the　Chess　and　Card　Sports　Management　Center　of　the　General　Administration　of　Sport　of　China　and　the　Chinese　Go　Association．　The　league　gathers　top　players　from　the　Go　circles　of　China，　South　Korea，　Japan　and　other　countries．　It　is　the　world＇s　highest－level　and　most　prestigious　top－level　league　and　also　the　most　globally　influential　professional　Go　event．

The　Chibi　Ancient　Battlefield　of　The　Three　Kingdoms　is　the　exclusive　title　sponsor　of　this　league，　and　Chibi　Green　Brick　Tea　is　designated　as　the　official　tea　for　the　league．　（Xianning　Daily／Wang　Qifeng）
