In　order　to　ensure　the　smooth　and　orderly　traffic　flow　around　the　testing　centers　and　provide　a　good　examination　environment　for　the　majority　of　candidates，　during　the　high　school　entrance　examination　period，　the　Traffic　Management　Detachment　of　Xian＇an　District　Public　Security　Bureau　reminds：　when　motor　vehicles　pass　through　the　surrounding　roads　of　the　testing　centers，　honking　is　strictly　prohibited　and　the　speed　limit　is　20　kilometers　per　hour；　all　kinds　of　heavy　and　medium－sized　freight　vehicles　need　to　detour．

No　honking　time　includes：　June　20th，　9：00－11：30　and　15：00－17：00；　June　21st，　9：00－11：00　and　15：00－17：10；　June　22nd，　9：00－11：00　and　15：00－16：30．

No　honking　road　sections　include：　turning－around　site　in　Wenquan　Middle　School　in　Chongwen　Street－－intersection　between　Chongwen　Street　and　Chahua　Road－－intersection　between　Xingfu　Road　and　Chahua　Road－－intersection　between　Yongjun　Road　and　Chahua　Road　（Xianning　Wenquan　Middle　School　testing　center）；　intersection　between　Shiliutan　Road　and　Shutai　Street　（Xianning　Experimental　Foreign　Languages　School　testing　center）；　Yong＇an　Avenue　Xianning　High　School　section，　Yucai　Street　Xianning　High　School　section　（Xianning　High　School　testing　center）；　Wenbi　Road　Qinglongshan　High　School　section，　Qinglong　Lane　（Qinglongshan　High　School　testing　center）；　intersection　between　Yingui　Road　and　Qinglong　Road－－intersection　between　Yinquan　Avenue　and　Qinglong　Road　（Xianning　Fushan　School　testing　center）；　intersection　between　Chang＇an　Avenue　and　Jingui　Road－－intersection　between　Chang＇e　Avenue　and　Jingui　Road　（Xian＇an　District　Experimental　School　testing　center）．
