Recently，　the　Educational　Technology　and　Resources　Development　Center　of　the　Ministry　of　Education　（Central　Audio－Visual　Education　Service）　issued　the　list　of　the　first　batch　of　pilot　areas　and　pilot　kindergartens　for　＂eco－friendly　kindergarten＂　project．　A　total　of　104　pilot　areas　and　907　pilot　kindergartens　have　been　determined．　Xianning　Traffic　Experimental　Kindergarten　（No．2）　and　Xianning　Municipal　Government　Kindergarten　were　selected　as　one　of　the　first　batch　of　pilot　kindergartens　for　＂eco－friendly　kindergartens＂．

The　＂Eco－friendly　Kindergarten＂　project　was　initiated　and　strictly　selected　by　the　Education　Technology　and　Resources　Development　Center　of　the　Ministry　of　Education　（Central　Audio－Visual　Education　Service）．　This　project　takes　＂natural　ecological　friendliness＂　as　its　core，　＂social　ecological　friendliness＂　as　its　foundation，　and　＂digital　ecological　friendliness＂　as　its　support，　aiming　to　set　a　benchmark　for　ecological　and　environmental　protection　practices　in　the　field　of　preschool　education　and　explore　replicable　and　scalable　green　kindergarten　operation　models．

The　selection　is　not　only　a　high　recognition　of　the　high－quality　development　of　preschool　education　in　the　city，　but　also　presses　the　＂accelerator　key＂　for　the　city　to　explore　and　create　a　new　model　of　a　natural　and　ecological　friendly　environment　in　kindergartens　and　to　radiate　and　drive　the　improvement　of　the　quality　of　care　and　education　in　kindergartens　throughout　the　city．　（Xianning　Daily／Du　Peiqing）
