Recently，　Hubei　Provincial　Development　and　Reform　Commission　has　announced　the　assessment　and　recognition　results　of　county－level　characteristic　industry　clusters　in　Hubei　Province　for　2025．　According　to　the　announcement，　Xian＇an　District　Life　and　Health　Industry　Cluster，　Jiayu　County　Low－Carbon　Metallurgical　Industry　Cluster，　and　Chibi　City　Optoelectronic　Information　Industry　Cluster　were　selected　into　the　county－level　characteristic　industry　clusters；　Tongcheng　County　Electronic　Parts　and　Components　Industry　Cluster　selected　into　the　county－level　characteristic　industry　clusters　with　prior　development．

In　recent　years，　Xianning　municipal　Party　committee　and　municipal　government　have　stepped　up　efforts　to　increase　industrial　projects　and　comprehensively　built　＂five　plus　five＂　modern　industrial　system．　Each　county　or　district　is　encouraged　to　develop　2　to　3　rooted　leading　industries　in　accordance　with　local　conditions，　and　choose　the　best　to　build　a　number　of　county－level　characteristic　industry　clusters　with　large　scale　and　volume，　good　extension　and　supporting　facilities，　and　strong　support　and　driving　force，　so　as　to　lay　a　solid　foundation　for　the　high－quality　development　of　the　county　economy．　（Liu　Wei）
