On　July　7，　Ms．　Jin，　a　sick　employee　of　a　unit，　received　over　100，000　yuan　mutual　aid　funds　from　the　Xianning　Federation　of　Trade　Unions．　This　is　the　largest　single　payout　since　the　launch　of　the　mutual　aid　campaign　for　employees　in　the　city．

Previously，　Ms．　Jin　applied　to　participate　in　the　mutual　aid　campaign　for　employees　through　the　trade　union　of　her　workplace．　After　being　unfortunately　diagnosed　with　endometrial　adenocarcinoma　of　the　cervix，　she　applied　for　payout　by　the　mutual　aid　fund．　After　review，　Ms．　Jin　received　a　total　of　100，359.88　yuan　in　compensation　for　four　major　illness　mutual　aid　benefits　for　in－service　employees，　four　special　illness　mutual　aid　benefits　for　female　employees，　and　one　hospitalization　medical　mutual　aid　benefit．

Up　to　now，　a　total　of　32，787　employees　in　the　city　participated　in　the　mutual　aid　campaign　for　employees，　and　a　total　of　126　employees　have　received　compensation，　amounting　to　291，393.86　yuan．　The　timely　and　adequate　compensation　of　the　employee　mutual　aid　fund　alleviated　the　economic　pressure　on　the　sick　employees，　and　also　conveyed　the　care　and　warmth　of　the　trade　union　organization，　building　a　solid　＂protective　umbrella＂　for　the　health　of　employees．　（Xianning　Daily／Zhou　Yang）
