On　the　morning　of　September　3rd，　5　key　investment　promotion　projects　were　signed　in　Xian＇an　District　in　a　centralized　manner，　with　a　total　investment　of　3.1　billion　yuan，　injecting　strong　impetus　into　the　high－quality　development　of　this　district．

The　five　projects　signed　this　time　cover　such　fields　as　high－end　equipment　manufacturing，　clean　energy，　new　materials，　green　building　materials　and　food　processing．　They　are　respectively：　Zhiyan　Tire　Assembly，　200MW／400MWh　Independent　Energy　Storage　Power　Station，　Desheng　Sheet　Metal　Processing　and　Carbon　Research　New　Material　Processing，　and　Guiquan　Wine　Industry　Production　and　Processing．

This　batch　of　projects　features　high　technological　content，　good　market　prospects　and　strong　driving　force．　All　the　project　investors　are　high－quality　enterprises　in　their　respective　fields，　which　are　highly　consistent　with　the　industrial　development　layout　and　transformation　and　upgrading　needs　of　Xian＇an　District．　Zhiyan　Tire　Assembly　will　promote　the　extension，　supplementation　and　strengthening　of　the　automotive　industry　chain　throughout　the　region；　Xingyuan　Energy　Investment　will　ensure　regional　energy　security　and　promote　green　and　low－carbon　transformation；　Desheng　will　focus　on　improving　the　quality　and　efficiency　of　the　wood　processing　industry　to　promote　employment　and　income　growth　for　farmers；　Carbon　Research　New　Material　Processing　and　Guiquan　Wine　Industry　will　revitalize　idle　assets　and　integrate　existing　resources．
