Recently，　the　Hubei　Provincial　Department　of　Science　and　Technology　released　the　＂Publicity　of　Projects　That　Passed　the　Re－Evaluation　of　the　Hubei　Science　and　Technology　Awards　in　2025＂，　and　2　enterprises　of　Xianning　High－tech　Zone　successfully　passed　the　re－evaluation．　Among　them，　Hubei　Xinhe　Biotechnology　Co．，　Ltd．　was　awarded　the　＂Innovation　Award　for　Science　and　Technology－based　Small　and　Medium－sized　Enterprises　in　Hubei　Province＂；　the　＂Microgal　Cold　Atom　Absolute　Gravimeter　and　Its　Application＂　project，　in　which　Wuhan　Institute　of　Seismic　Scientific　Instruments　Co．，　Ltd．　participated　in　the　research　and　development，　won　the　＂First　Prize　for　Scientific　and　Technological　Progress＂．　So　far，　Xianning　High－tech　Zone　has　won　a　total　of　18　provincial　science　and　technology　awards．

In　recent　years，　Xianning　High－tech　Zone　has　been　committed　to　leading　industrial　upgrading　with　scientific　and　technological　innovation．　By　taking　multiple　measures　such　as　building　platforms，　attracting　and　cultivating　talents，　and　promoting　collaborative　transformation，　it　continuously　optimizes　the　innovation　and　entrepreneurship　ecosystem，　injecting　new　impetus　into　the　high－quality　development　of　the　region．　At　present，　Xianning　High－tech　Zone　has　established　52　provincial－level　innovation　platforms，　providing　a　＂strong　carrier＂　for　industrial　innovation．　Over　the　past　three　years，　a　total　of　more　than　9，000　talents　of　various　types　have　been　introduced，　including　450　high－level　talents　such　as　masters　and　doctors，　and　over　3，000　skilled　talents，　laying　a　solid　＂talent　foundation＂　for　innovative　development．

Focusing　on　solving　the　problems　in　the　transformation　of　scientific　and　technological　achievements，　Xianning　High－tech　Zone　actively　promotes　cooperation　among　universities，　research　institutes　and　enterprises．　At　present，　provincial－level　enterprise－university　joint　innovation　centers　such　as　Horwath　Bio．　and　CSG　Optoelectronics　have　undertaken　more　than　30　national　and　provincial－level　R＆D　projects，　promoting　the　collaborative　innovation　among　industry，　university　and　research　to　enter　the　＂fast　lane＂．　（Xianning　Daily／Tan　Hongyu）
