＂Innovation　China＂　Low－altitude　Economy　HAIZOL　Experts　Tour　in　Xianning　＆　the　founding　conference　of　Xianning　Unmanned　Aerial　Vehicle　Association　was　held　in　Xianning　on　September　19．　With　the　approval　of　the　Xianning　Municipal　Civil　Affairs　Bureau，　the　Xianning　Unmanned　Aerial　Vehicle　Association　was　officially　established，　aiming　to　integrate　the　resources　of　the　unmanned　aerial　vehicle　（UAV）　industry，　which　covers　the　entire　industrial　chain　links　such　as　R＆D　and　manufacturing，　technological　innovation，　and　talent　training，　so　as　to　promote　the　intensive　and　high－quality　development　of　the　low－altitude　economy

Low－altitude　economy，　as　an　emerging　economic　form，　is　rapidly　growing　into　a　＂new　engine＂　for　regional　economic　growth．　On　October　14th　last　year，　the　Hubei　Low－altitude　Economy　Industry　Alliance　was　inaugurated，　comprehensively　accelerating　the　construction　of　low－altitude　infrastructure　and　the　cultivation　of　＂low－altitude　＋＂　business　forms　throughout　the　province．　In　recent　years，　the　provincial　Party　committee　and　the　provincial　government　have　attached　great　importance　to　the　development　of　low－altitude　economy，　focusing　on　technological　breakthroughs，　scene　applications　and　industrial　upgrading，　and　striving　to　build　the　low－altitude　economy　into　an　important　support　for　the　high－quality　development　of　Hubei．　Xianning　actively　seizes　opportunities，　comprehensively　plans　the　low－altitude　industry，　accelerates　the　improvement　of　infrastructure，　and　promotes　the　in－depth　integration　of　the　low－altitude　economy　with　cultural　tourism，　logistics，　agriculture　and　other　fields；　continues　to　increase　policy　support，　deepens　the　industry－university－research　collaboration，　cultivates　characteristic　industrial　clusters，　and　makes　remarkable　progress　in　low－altitude　tourism，　innovation　platforms　and　school－enterprise　cooperation．

Up　to　now，　there　are　a　total　of　112　market　entities　in　the　low－altitude　economy　industry　in　the　city，　covering　upstream　material　and　component　manufacturing　（10），　midstream　complete　machine　manufacturing　（4），　downstream　application　services　（51），　and　agricultural　cooperatives　（47）．　From　January　to　July　this　year，　the　relevant　enterprises　above　designated　size　achieved　a　production　value　of　2.185　billion　yuan，　an　increase　of　35.6％　year－on－year．　In　terms　of　technological　support，　our　city　has　jointly　established　the　＂Wuhan　University　·　Xianning　Low－altitude　Economy　Innovation　Research　Institute＂　with　Wuhan　University，　focusing　on　building　a　high－level　innovation　platform　and　a　source　of　technology．　In　terms　of　talent　training，　it　has　strongly　supported　the　construction　of　drone　pilot　training　bases，　and　has　trained　nearly　1，000　people　in　total．　In　terms　of　research　and　development　and　manufacturing，　key　projects　such　as　the　＂Mengyi＂　heavy－duty　unmanned　aerial　vehicle　have　been　successively　established，　injecting　new　impetus　into　the　industry．　（Xianning　Daily／Tan　Hongyu）
