Li　Zaizhong　from　the　Chibi　Lushui　Lake　Paddling　Sports　Club　won　the　men＇s　200－meter　Kahuna　group　championship　with　an　outstanding　performance　in　2025　Stand－up　Paddling　Asian　Cup　Marathon　＆　International　Stand－up　Paddling　Open　＆　National　Stand－up　Paddling　U　Series　（Suzhou　Station），　which　concluded　on　September　21st．

As　one　of　the　highest－level　international　Class　A　events　in　Asia，　this　competition　is　divided　into　three　major　sections：　the　Paddling　Asia　Cup　Marathon，　the　International　Paddling　Open，　and　the　National　Paddling　U　Series　（Suzhou　Station）．　It　covers　events　such　as　the　16－kilometer　circum－Ancient　City　Marathon，　8－kilometer，　3－kilometer，　2－kilometer　endurance　races，　and　200－meter　sprint　races，　and　is　open　to　participants　aged　8　to　65．　The　competition　schedule　runs　from　September　19th　to　21st，　attracting　nearly　a　thousand　paddleboarders　from　18　countries　and　regions　to　participate．

During　the　competition，　athletes　from　all　over　the　world　fought　bravely　and　achieved　remarkable　results．　A　total　of　29　gold　medals　were　awarded　over　the　three　days．　The　competition　was　fierce　and　full　of　excitement．　Coach　Li　Zaizhong　from　Chibi　Youth　Water　Sports　Center　（Lushui　Lake　Paddling　Sports　Club）　won　the　championship　of　the　men＇s　200－meter　Kahuna　group　at　the　international　competition．　As　a　professional　athlete，　Li　Zaizhong　has　won　the　championship　many　times　in　events　such　as　the　2025　China　Paddling　Elite　Championship　（Shizuishan　Station）　and　the　2025　Paddling　Asia　Cup　＆　China　Paddling　Carnival．

Chibi　City　enjoys　a　superior　geographical　location　and　abundant　water　resources．　It　has　a　solid　foundation，　good　conditions　and　vast　space　for　the　development　and　promotion　of　water　sports．　In　recent　years，　Chibi　City　has　been　actively　developing　water　sports　by　relying　on　the　high－quality　water　resources　of　Lushui　Lake．　In　2023，　the　Water　Sports　Management　Center　of　the　General　Administration　of　Sport　of　China，　the　Chibi　Municipal　Government，　and　Chibi　Zhonglin　Lushui　Lake　Development　Co．，Ltd．　signed　a　tripartite　cooperation　agreement　on　the　Lushui　Lake　National　Water　Sports　and　Leisure　Center　project，　building　a　water－based　national　leisure　sports　center　integrating　mass　sports，　youth　sports，　competitive　sports，　sports　industry　and　sports　culture　as　well　as　tourism，　vacation　and　leisure．　（Xianning　Daily／Du　Peiqing）
