On　October　28th，　Yang　Jun，　deputy　secretary　of　Xianning　Municipal　Committee　of　the　Communist　Party　of　China　and　mayor，　met　with　Li　Shaomin，　secretary　of　the　Party　committee　and　president　of　the　Hubei　Branch　of　China　Development　Bank，　and　his　team．　Both　sides　held　a　discussion　and　exchange　on　further　deepening　cooperation．

Yang　Jun，　on　behalf　of　the　municipal　Party　committee　and　the　municipal　government，　extended　a　warm　welcome　to　Li　Shaomin　and　his　delegation，　expressed　gratitude　to　the　Hubei　Branch　of　the　China　Development　Bank　for　its　long－term　strong　support　for　Xianning＇s　development，　and　briefly　introduced　the　economic　and　social　development　situation　of　Xianning．　He　said　that　since　the　beginning　of　this　year，　the　economic　and　social　development　of　Xianning　has　shown　a　favorable　trend　of　steady　progress，　improvement　and　quality　enhancement；　the　＂5＋4＂　modern　industrial　system，　the　＂3＋7＂　agricultural　industrial　system　and　the　＂3＋3＂　high－quality　and　efficient　service　industry　system　are　being　accelerated　in　their　construction；　the　geographical　advantage　is　further　being　transformed　into　a　transportation　advantage　and　a　development　edge．　At　present，　Xianning　is　focusing　on　and　concentrating　efforts　on　the　construction　of　a　pivotal　point，　accelerating　the　building　of　an　important　growth　pole　for　green　development　in　the　Wuhan　Metropolitan　Area．　It　is　hoped　that　the　Hubei　Branch　of　the　China　Development　Bank　will　fully　leverage　the　advantages　of　a　policy　bank，　increase　financial　support，　and　contribute　to　the　high－quality　development　of　Xianning＇s　economy　and　society．　Xianning　will　further　enhance　communication　and　coordination　with　the　Hubei　Branch　of　the　China　Development　Bank，　and　promote　the　cooperation　between　the　two　sides　to　continuously　advance　in　broader　fields　and　deeper　levels．

Li　Shaomin　expressed　the　gratitude　to　the　CPC　Xianning　Municipal　Committee　and　the　Xianning　Municipal　Government　for　their　long－term　concern　and　support　for　the　development　of　the　Hubei　Branch　of　the　China　Development　Bank．　Li　also　briefly　introduced　the　development　and　operation　situation　as　well　as　the　business　operations　in　Xianning．　He　said　that　the　Hubei　Branch　of　China　Development　Bank　has　a　broad　space　for　cooperation　with　Xianning．　It　will　focus　on　its　main　responsibilities　and　business，　actively　integrate　into　the　overall　economic　and　social　development　of　Xianning，　give　full　play　to　the　advantages　of　policy－based　finance，　and　provide　more　powerful　financial　support　for　Xianning＇s　high－quality　development．

Before　the　symposium，　Li　conducted　research　and　investigation　on　the　construction　projects　of　elderly　care　service　facilities　in　the　city，　the　Lai　Ning　Xiang　Fu　Senior　Citizen　Smart　Experience　Center，　and　the　Student　Financial　Aid　Management　Center　of　Xian＇an　District．
