Recently，　the　renovation　and　municipal　supporting　projects　for　Meng　Yanghao　East　Road　＆　Taiyi　Avenue　（Phase　I）　were　fully　completed，　marking　the　official　debut　of　the　first　high－standard　park－like　road　in　the　urban　area．

The　project　covers　the　optimization　and　renovation　of　the　intersection　of　Meng　Yanghao　East　Road　and　Wenquan　Road，　the　renovation　of　the　carriageway　on　Meng　Yanghao　East　Road，　the　sidewalk　improvement　and　green　landscape　transformation．　Through　the　refined　redesign　and　functional　upgrade　of　the　existing　green　resources，　it　created　a　park－like　road　featuring　North　American　sweet　gum　and　integrating　ecological　flower　beds　with　humanistic　care．

In　terms　of　enhancing　the　green　landscape，　on　the　idle　green　space　opposite　the　Hot　Spring　Bridge　and　on　both　sides　of　the　Yangxin　Valley　traffic　roundabout，　the　project　carefully　configured　with　richly　layered　plant　clusters　to　achieve　the　viewing　effect　of　＂scenery　throughout　the　four　seasons＂．　As　for　upgrading　the　quality　of　sidewalks，　permeable　bricks　and　cast　iron　tree　grates　are　laid　to　provide　pedestrians　with　a　comfortable　walking　environment．　In　terms　of　barrier－free　passages，　the　entire　road　integrates　barrier－free　design，　truly　achieving　no　steps　and　zero　height　difference．　The　small　park　at　the　bridgehead　was　upgraded，　including　re－planning　the　activity　space，　carefully　designing　the　tree　grate　benches，　and　installing　night　lighting　equipment，　so　as　to　enhance　safety　and　aesthetics．

Nowadays，　Meng　Yanghao　East　Road　and　Taiyi　Avenue　have　taken　on　a　completely　new　look．　Not　only　has　it　smoothed　urban　traffic，　but　it　has　also　become　a　tourist　road　showcasing　the　charm　of　Xianning，　injecting　fresh　vitality　into　the　integrated　development　of　culture，　tourism　and　health　care　in　Xianning．　（Xianning　Daily／Huang　Lanfen）
