Recently，　the　list　of　the　eighth　batch　of　specialized，　refined，　distinctive　and　innovative　small　and　medium－sized　enterprises　has　been　officially　announced　by　the　Department　of　Economy　and　Information　Technology　of　Hubei　Province．　A　total　of　42　enterprises　from　Xianning，　including　Xianning　Lefusi　Health　Products　Co．，Ltd．，　were　successfully　recognized．　The　number　of　new　additions　ranked　7th　in　the　province，　setting　a　new　historical　record．　According　to　statistics，　the　Xianning　Municipal　Bureau　of　Economy　and　Information　Technology　recommended　a　total　of　212　enterprises　to　apply　this　year，　with　an　application　success　rate　of　19.8％，　which　is　3　percentage　points　higher　than　the　provincial　average　（16.7％）．

Up　to　now，　the　city　has　cultivated　a　total　of　340　provincial－level　or　above　specialized，　refined，　distinctive　and　innovative　enterprises，　accounting　for　32.23％　of　the　total　number　of　large－scale　industrial　enterprises．　Among　them，　there　are　25　national－level　＂Little　Giant＂　enterprises　and　4　key　＂Little　Giant＂　enterprises．　A　gradient　cultivation　pattern　has　been　formed，　which　includes　＂innovative　small　and　medium－sized　enterprises　－　specialized，　refined，　distinctive　and　innovative　small　and　medium－sized　enterprises　－　specialized，　refined，　distinctive　and　innovative　Little　Giant　enterprises　－　key　Little　Giant　enterprises＂．

In　recent　years，　the　Xianning　Municipal　Bureau　of　Economy　and　Information　Technology　has　attached　great　importance　to　the　cultivation　of　specialized，　refined，　distinctive　and　innovative　enterprises，　and　has　been　making　efforts　to　promote　it　for　three　consecutive　years．　In　2024，　the　number　of　new　additions　ranked　8th　in　the　province．　In　2025，　the　number　tied　for　7th　place，　and　in　2026，　the　number　advanced　to　7th　place　again，　showing　a　steady　upward　trend．　Next，　the　bureau　will　continue　to　intensify　the　cultivation　of　specialized，　refined，　distinctive　and　innovative　enterprises，　constantly　optimize　the　service　system，　and　assist　more　small　and　medium－sized　enterprises　in　embarking　on　a　path　of　specialization，　refinement　and　distinctiveness，　laying　a　solid　foundation　for　accelerating　the　construction　of　a　modern　industrial　system　with　Xianning＇s　characteristics．　（Xianning　Daily／Zhao　Xian）
