On　August　28th，　2026，　the　Training　Class　on　the　Protection　and　Inheritance　of　Intangible　Cultural　Heritage　of　Xianning　City　was　launched　at　the　Xianning　Cultural　Center．

This　training　was　hosted　by　the　Xianning　Municipal　Bureau　of　Culture　and　Tourism，　aiming　to　further　strengthen　the　construction　of　the　talent　team　for　intangible　cultural　heritage　protection，　enhance　the　systematic　protection　level　of　intangible　cultural　heritage　throughout　the　city，　and　promote　the　creative　transformation　and　innovative　development　of　China＇s　fine　traditional　culture．

This　training　was　conducted　through　a　combination　of　centralized　lectures　and　exchange　discussions．　The　awarding　ceremony　for　the　ninth　batch　of　municipal　intangible　cultural　heritage　projects　was　also　held　on　the　spot，　presenting　the　plaques　for　the　awarded　projects．　Meanwhile，　the　training　focused　on　the　policy　interpretation　and　practical　operation．　Chen　Shuguang，　director　of　the　Intangible　Cultural　Heritage　Division　of　the　Hubei　Provincial　Department　of　Culture　and　Tourism，　expounded　on　the　contemporary　value　of　intangible　cultural　heritage，　analyzed　the　existing　shortcomings　in　the　protection　of　intangible　cultural　heritage　in　Hubei　province，　shared　the　integration　practice　of　＂intangible　cultural　heritage　＋＂，　and　proposed　to　break　through　the　bottlenecks　in　integrating　intangible　cultural　heritage　into　modern　life　through　the　reconstruction　of　space，　content，　operation　and　dissemination．　Zhang　Xiaohui，　deputy　director　of　the　Hubei　Provincial　Mass　Art　Center　and　executive　deputy　director　of　the　Provincial　Intangible　Cultural　Heritage　Protection　Center，　gave　a　lecture　on　the　basic　knowledge　of　intangible　cultural　heritage．　She　explained　the　definition　of　intangible　cultural　heritage　and　the　evaluation　criteria　for　projects，　clarified　the　easily　confused　concepts　such　as　cultural　and　creative　products　and　the　integration　of　culture　and　tourism，　and　corrected　the　misunderstandings　in　the　expression　of　intangible　cultural　heritage　publicity．

The　trainees　all　expressed　that　this　training　had　both　policy　height　and　practical　depth．　Taking　this　training　as　an　opportunity，　they　will　earnestly　study　and　draw　on　the　advanced　experiences　of　various　regions，　enable　intangible　cultural　heritage　to　regain　new　vitality　and　shine　with　new　luster　in　the　new　era，　and　contribute　to　promoting　the　excellent　traditional　culture　of　Xianning．　（Xianning　Daily／Wang　Ranyu）
