On　September　5th，　the　Xianning　Municipal　Civil　Affairs　Bureau　and　the　Xianning　Charity　Federation　jointly　launched　a　theme　publicity　campaign　for　＂China　Charity　Day＂　and　＂Hubei　Charity　Week＂，　comprehensively　promoting　the　culture　of　charity　into　government　agencies，　enterprises，　rural　areas，　communities　and　families．

＂China　Charity　Day＂　falls　on　September　5th　every　year．　This　year　marks　the　eleventh　＂China　Charity　Day＂　in　China．　This　week，　the　sixth　＂Hubei　Charity　Week＂　series　of　activities　will　be　held　simultaneously．　This　event　is　themed　＂Promoting　Charity　Culture　and　Practicing　Charity　to　Benefit　the　People＂，　aiming　to　be　close　to　and　serve　the　people．　It　brings　charity　publicity　from　books　and　articles　to　the　streets　and　business　districts，　allowing　the　concept　of　public　welfare　to　truly　enter　daily　life．

At　the　event　site，　the　staff　popularized　knowledge　related　to　charity　to　the　passing　citizens　through　various　forms．　In　response　to　the　public＇s　concerns　about　charitable　assistance，　charitable　donations，　public　welfare　support，　and　the　use　of　charitable　funds，　the　staff　patiently　answered　questions　and　provided　explanations　on　the　spot，　making　obscure　legal　provisions　easy　to　understand　and　helping　citizens　clearly　understand　the　functions，　roles　and　social　significance　of　charity．　（Xianning　Daily／Wu　Qingpeng）
