By the 18th of this month, the major projects of scenic spots and the supporting facilities will be completed to welcome the Fourth International Hot Spring Tourism and Culture Festival, including the first phase of the Moon Worship in Mid-autumn Festival, gatehouse, Moon Plaza, Osmanthus Fountain, Guiyuan Pavilion, Osmanthus Park and tourist center.
