  Ingredients:one duck(about 1.5 kilograms), 150g of glutious rice, osmanthus, mixed material: peanut, kidney beans, lotus seeds, grains of abalone, grains of red dates, longan pulp, ginkgo nuts.

  Taste description: crisp and tasty, salty and sweet.

  Cooking methods: remove the bones of the whole duck; marinate and soak in the boiled water; add mixed materials and seal, hang and air-dry; then roast the duck.
