  Cooking description:1. make GDL tofu into round shape

  2. cut tofu with cross-blade into chrysanthemum-like, about 3,300 shreds.

  3. put the chrysanthemum-like tofu into the osmanthus soup and braise, then serve in a fine porcelain plate.
